Air
The air we breathe affects our bodies at the cardiovascular, endocrine, immune and nervous system levels. For this reason, the villas are equipped with an advanced air purification system, which filters polluting particles using germicidal UV technology and photocatalysis to ensure a pure and healthy environment. In addition, the large windows of the villas and their layout generate cross ventilation in the spaces, which benefits indoor comfort.
WATER
The water in the villas is purified by a triple filtration reverse osmosis system, which prevents it from having foreign odours and flavours and low mineralisation. The homes are self-sufficient in water consumption, which consists of collecting rainwater and its subsequent filtration and treatment, allowing for an independent and sustainable supply.
LIGHT
The relationship between the interior and the exterior is one of the most important issues of the project. Large high-end windows designed with concealed profiling optimise the entry of natural light and provide continuity and amplitude to the space and generate views from any of the rooms. The interior lighting has also been carefully chosen to contribute to well-being: with a high colour rendering index, motion-activated night lights and circadian lighting systems that promote restful sleep.
FOOD
Well-being begins in the kitchen. Designed to inspire, these state-of-the-art kitchens are prepared to facilitate a diet based on fresh, natural foods.

Each villa has its own swimming pool and open spaces that can be dedicated to exercise. The poolside terrace is ideal for sunrise yoga sessions or to start the day with an outdoor strength circuit. All these economic and environmental benefits do not detract from the aesthetics and luxury of the villas. To achieve this, an aerothermal system is used, which is a very useful solution for maximising efficiency in water & electricity consumption and reducing the carbon footprint. It is an ideal option for heating, cooling and hot air production installations, all without sacrificing aesthetics, good materials and the utmost exclusivity.

ENERGY CAPTURE
The aerothermal heat pump takes in the outside air, even at low temperatures, and extracts the energy contained in it.

COMPRESSION AND HEATING
This energy is transferred to a refrigerant fluid in the internal circuit of the system which, when compressed, increases its temperature.

HEAT EXCHANGE
The hot fluid passes to an exchanger where it transfers its heat to the heating water or domestic hot water, thus heating the radiators, underfloor heating or the water tank.

CONTINUOUS CYCLE
The fluid is cooled and the cycle repeats, constantly drawing energy from outside.
